Permanent Action: Deleting your account will permanently erase your profile, high scores, cloud save backups, virtual coins balance, and unlocked board skins. This action cannot be reversed.

1. What Data is Deleted?

When an account deletion is executed, we permanently delete the following data from Google Firebase:

Authentication Records: Your Firebase Auth profile (email address, unique user ID (UID), sign-in provider credentials).
Cloud Firestore Game Saves: Player statistics, high scores in Classic and Time Attack modes, total lines cleared, and combo records.
Progression & Virtual Inventory: Virtual coins balance, player level, XP, unlocked skins, and completed achievements.
Cloud Backup Snapshots: All synchronized session state files stored in Cloud Firestore.

2. What Data is Retained?

We retain no personal identifiable data after account deletion. Anonymized, aggregated crash diagnostics in Firebase Crashlytics automatically expire after 90 days as per standard Google retention rules.

3. Method A: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

If you have BrickBop installed on your mobile device, you can delete your data immediately:

Open Settings

Launch BrickBop and tap the gear icon (Settings) on the main screen.

Locate Account

Scroll down to the Account & Sync or Legal & Support section.

Tap Delete Account

Select Delete Account & Data from the options.

Confirm Deletion

Confirm the alert prompt. Your cloud data is expunged instantly.

4. Method B: Online Web Deletion Request

If you no longer have the app installed or do not have access to your device, please fill out the verified deletion request form below. Upon submission, your request is directly dispatched to our privacy desk, and an automated verification email with your unique Reference ID is sent straight to your registered inbox.
