1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RudraMadhav Tech ("Company," "we," "us") regarding your access to and use of the BrickBop application and related web services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install, access, or play BrickBop.

2. License to Play

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play BrickBop on authorized devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. User Accounts & Cloud Synchronization

• Guest Mode: You can play BrickBop without an account. In guest mode, your high scores and progress are stored locally on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app may permanently erase guest data.
• Authenticated Accounts: If you sign in via Google, Apple, or Email, your progression is synchronized with Google Cloud Firestore. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when registering an account.

4. In-Game Virtual Items & Economy

• Virtual Coins & Rewards: Coins earned by clearing lines, completing missions, or watching rewarded ads are virtual game items.
• No Real-World Value: Virtual items, coins, skins, and high scores have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and cannot be transferred or sold to any other party.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to balance, modify, or reset the virtual economy or progression mechanisms to ensure fair gameplay.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When playing BrickBop, you agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the App.
• Use cheats, exploits, automated bots, macros, or unauthorized third-party software to modify game state, scores, or coins.
• Interfere with or disrupt Firebase cloud servers, networks, or connected services.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with RudraMadhav Tech.
• Use BrickBop for any unlawful or unauthorized commercial purpose.

6. Advertisements & Third-Party Content

BrickBop displays third-party advertisements served through Google AdMob. We do not control or endorse the content, products, or services advertised by third parties. Your interactions with advertisers are strictly between you and the respective third party.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to BrickBop—including but not limited to code, artwork, 3D models, graphics, audio, animations, game design, logos, and trademarks—are the exclusive intellectual property of RudraMadhav Tech. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Account Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to online services at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion in-app or via our Account Deletion Page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BRICKBOP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RUDRAMADHAV TECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF BRICKBOP.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
