This Privacy Policy describes how RudraMadhav Tech ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile and web application BrickBop (the "App" or "Game").

By downloading, installing, or playing BrickBop, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you should discontinue using the App.

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: If you choose to sign in to enable cross-device cloud sync, we collect your authentication credentials through Firebase Authentication (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Email/Password). This includes your email address, unique user ID (UID), and display name. If you choose to play as a Guest, no personal profile is required.
• Support Communications: When you contact our customer support at rudramadhav2025@gmail.com, we receive your email address and any details you provide in your message.

B. Gameplay & Progress Data

To track your achievements and provide gameplay continuity, we store:

• High scores and game mode statistics (Classic, Time Attack, Daily Challenge)
• In-game virtual coins balance and level progression
• Unlocked board skins, theme settings, and achievements completed
• Active game session snapshots for state restoration

C. Automatically Collected Device & Diagnostics Data

• Device Information: Operating system version (Android, iOS, or Web browser), device model, locale, and preferred language.
• Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics): Anonymized stack traces and crash logs that help us diagnose bugs and improve app stability.
• Usage Telemetry (Firebase Analytics): Aggregated and anonymized interaction events (such as game start, game over, lines cleared) to balance difficulty.

D. Advertising & Attribution Data (Google AdMob)

BrickBop displays non-intrusive advertisements (banners, interstitials, and rewarded ads) powered by Google AdMob:

• Advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID on Android or IDFA on iOS where consented).
• Consent status collected via Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) under GDPR / ePrivacy regulations.
• Ad impressions, clicks, and rewarded video completions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

• Deliver Gameplay: Generating puzzle pieces, computing scores, managing board state, and storing achievements.
• Cloud Synchronization: Enabling seamless game state backup and progression transfer between devices using Cloud Firestore.
• App Improvement: Analyzing crash metrics and performance logs to patch software errors.
• Ad Monetization: Serving relevant, age-appropriate advertisements to keep BrickBop free to play.
• Customer Support: Responding to user inquiries, bug reports, and data deletion requests.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party service providers that process data under strict confidentiality obligations:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics): Provided by Google LLC. Google Privacy Policy.

• Apple App Store / Google Play: Platform distribution and in-app service verification.

5. Data Retention & Security

We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) through Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure:

• Active Accounts: Account data and cloud saves are retained as long as your account remains active.
• Account Deletion: Upon receiving an account deletion request, your authentication profile and associated Firestore documents are permanently deleted within 7 business days (or instantly if performed in-app).
• Crash Data: Firebase Crashlytics retains anonymized crash reports for 90 days, after which they are automatically expunged.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your geographic location, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: You may request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated cloud data.
• Right to Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can adjust ad tracking permissions in your device settings (Android: "Opt out of Ads Personalization"; iOS: "Ask App not to Track").
• Non-Discrimination: We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

7. Account & Data Deletion

You can request account deletion at any time without needing an administrator:

• In-App: Open BrickBop > Settings > Account & Sync > Delete Account & Data.
• Online Web Portal: Visit our dedicated Account Deletion Page to submit an instant deletion verification request.

8. Children's Privacy

BrickBop is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
